Winter Concert
Saturday December 8, 2012
7:00pm
1:00pm– Rehearsal Begins (arrive early enough to set up before we begin)
3:30pm– Lunch
5:00pm– Rehearse with all on “Festive Christmas Celebration”
6:00pm– Break: change into concert attire
7:00pm– Concert
We will rehearse in the following order:
1. Chorus
2. Concert Band
3. Select Choir
4. Orchestra
All students must remain present even when they are not rehearsing
*PLEASE—sign up to bring food for the potluck lunch we will have on Saturday. The sign-up sheet is on the band room door. Students please check with parents about what you can bring and sign up no later than Tuesday after school.
Students should dress formally in black, white, and/or Christmas colors
