for the 12/10 Concert
Set up gym from 8:00 to 3:30
I need 6-8 helpers – community service anyone?
Dress Rehearsals
Be ready to play/sing in the gym at this time!
3:30 – Band
4:00 – Orchestra
4:30 – Jazz Band
5:00 – Select Choir
5:30 – Choir
6:00 – Gym doors open to public
(change into black and white dress attire if you have not done so)
7:00 to 8:10 – Concert
8:10 – Reception following concert in Lobby
(Select Choir Sings Christmas Carols for the reception)
